Dr. Oliver M. Duschka currently is Senior Executive Vice President at T-Systems responsible for Operational Excellence at IT Operations.
From beginning of 2004 until the end of 2006 he was Director Quality & Business Improvement at Computacenter. In this role, he wasresponsible for all strategic projects, Six Sigma projects and service improvement projects at Computacenter, for customer satisfaction surveys, for the company-wide document management system, for quality awareness trainings, and for ensuring ISO certification.
Until the end of 2003 he was Engagement Manager in the Business Technology Office at McKinsey & Company, Inc. – the wordwide leading management consulting firm. Previously, he worked at a start-up company in Silicon Valley as Director of Integration Technologies.
Dr. Duschka holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University. His publications focus on the area of information integration.
